Since the FDA is shutting down 23andMe, there won’t be any money left after the Class Rep’s lawyers take their fees. So, you have to wonder what sort of coupon Class Plaintiffs will get? It can’t be a 23andMe discount, since it will be out of business. Maybe the Class Plaintiffs will receive a coupon entitling them to a discount on the entrance fee to the Creationism Museum, so they can explore their inner Neanderthal Ancestor.
