This is clearly discriminatory if they aren’t fingerprinting putters and wedgies.

Certainly, this should be at least optional. Couldn’t we do a fingerprint in lieu of carrying a driver’s license around?
California already gets a thumbprint when you sign up. But I do agree about the putters.
