    with all due respet to everyone this isnt the first time a commercial overhyped a product (but is it the first time there was a lawsuit over it?)

    Little thing called false advertising. I think it’s no different from any other form of fraud to guarantee that they can prevent all forms of identity theft. They can’t and they know it. Fraud.
