The Texas Supreme Court, in a December 14 opinion, recently defended John O&#8217;Quinn&#8217;s right to arbitrate with his clients; the <a href="http://texas-arbitration-case-law.blogspot.com/2007/12/appealing-arbitration-chambers-v-oquinn.html">Wolfgang Demino blog</a> has details.  (Other clients <a href="http://www.overlawyered.com/2007/09/oquinn_told_to_pay_clients_41.html">have had more success against O&#8217;Quinn in arbitration</a>.)
