“I think food is the tobacco of the 21st century” says an aspiring plaintiffs’ lawyer attending a secret strategy conference at Northeastern University. (Karen Robinson-Jacobs, “Lawyers Put Their Weight Behind Obesity Cases,” LA Times, July 2 (via Appellateblog)).
