A Kentucky family court judge is ordering some dads who fall behind in their court-ordered child support payments to choose between going to jail and submitting to a vasectomy. That’s part of a growing trend (see Jan. 7-8, 2003) for courts to issue edicts against procreation, notwithstanding the bad odor that court-ordered sterilization has been in for the past few decades.
