The two that stick out in my mind the most are-
Lawyers sued Taco Bell after 3 employees discussed having a party after work, which they did. They got drunk, and one died in a wreck, but it must be Taco Bell’s fault because they discussed having the party while at work. Yeah, right. I think Taco Bell settled the case. The other is a case of a drunk college student shaking a Coke machine to get a free drink and the machine tipped over, fell on him, and killed him. Tragic yes, but clearly the fault of the college student. Parents sued soft drink maker, vending machine maker, vending machine operator, and the college he was attending.
