I wonder if that warning would hold up in court after someone got “squashed like a bug”?
If a juror busts a gut laughing as this is read into the record would they have a cause of action against NRP?
Best warning ever. I’m not sure if you admit to neglect whether that protects you or not. It probably should, but what does mean these days?
That we have to wonder whether it would “hold up in court” is the very reason this blog is a success.
Whether it would or not (and I sincerely hope it would), it is a spectacular piece of prose.
