  • They should go after someone alright, but Sony is the wrong target (it just has deep pockets with the added bonus of not being in their back yard).

    In most cases, the worst of these incidents were helped along because of poor decisions made by the retailers selling the product. But most retailers a) Dont have as much money as sony, and b) have a local presense that the mayor doesnt want to disrupt.

  • What poor decisions did the retailers make? What makes these choices actionable while the decisions of those running amok are not their fault?
