  • This is a fairly easy and somwhat useful solution, actually… the doctors wre already paying, so it at last brings in more people who are at fault for the current mess.

  • The problem is that so many jury decisions are loony-toons wrong, and monetary awards are off the wall. How this tax on professionals help?

    A side effect of insurance is the natural desire to get your fair share
    and more for the premiums.
    There sure would be fewer MRI’s if they were not covered by insurance.
