  • I think it’s metaphorical. The firm is using the image of a mosh pit in an attempt to appear hip to young people. The message is: “We’re not old fogies, we’re like you and understand what you’re going through.”

    That being said, if a person was injured in a mosh pit, I’m certain they’d take the case.

  • Oh no, now there are personal injury lawyers that can predict an accident in advance. That should give them first choice of the very best cases …

  • This doesn’t look like a symbolic ad to me; just targeting a specific demographic.

  • I once came out of a mosh-pit complaining that “some #$%& tried to bite my thumb off!”

    About 60 seconds later my best-bud came out shouting that “some &*#$ shoved his thumb in my mouth!”
