  • I can’t help wondering if the brewers obtained permission from the patriot or his heirs before they slapped his name on a commercial venture.

  • It’s not a matter of them “having to live with it.” In order to protect their right to the name, they have to defend against those who attempt to use it for commercial purposes.

    But will still say, sometimes it’s best to shut up and accept the votes cast by those who happen to enjoy the beverage that happens to bear your name!
