That is unbelievable. How could someone even think of doing that to their own children?
Well, he might have gotten a big settlement…
This is the inevitable result of the total corruption of the Rule of Law by the Jackpot Justice Lottery.
There are undoubtedly many settlements and judgments where analogous liability fraud was never uncovered, as it was in this case.
Can the sum-bucket now sue the Trial Lawyers Association (or whatever their name is) for tempting him beyond resistance? Seems no more far-fetched than suing food-makers for making their products too tempting.
