Gosh, sunlight at a baseball game. How weird.
I think the conclusion is that baseball should only be played in the dark.

He also alleged the company failed to inspect the diamond or “warn [Mr. Black] of the dangers of the sun at the particular time of day.”
They let the lawsuit proceed after this charge was made? Unbelievable!
