How do we know it is really that rare, think about it, all we know is that so far only a few cases have been recognized, it is not inconceivable that there are more cases that we just do not know about yet, the FDA has said as much, the idea that something is rare is completely reliant, upon its known quantity, if a certain type of ruby were known to be rare but then someone discovered a thousand of them would it really be rare?
Was it ever rare? the point here is that we just do not know what rare really means when this disease has just now been published.
