The statement that “The pain and suffering were exacerbated, the suit says, by “the continuous, ’small world’ music in the background.”” does not seem to be in the article. Might be in some other source.
But I believe it.
Check paragraph 9. The newspaper attributes the statement to the plaintiff himself as distinct from the language of his suit, so I’ve corrected the word “suit.”
I have life long pain and suffering from hearing “Its a small world” for 5 minutes on that ride.
