Oh Lord! Stuck in Lodi again!!!
Hey! That’s my hometown. Although I left Lodi in 1996, I’m not surprised that the lawsuit was spun out for so long; it was a great cash cow for the lawyers involved. The city council was never really engaged – the concern always seemed to be how pretty they could make the dying downtown area.
