One has to feel a little sorry for Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her ilk on the Supreme Court. They try so hard to be good Liberals and all they can get from the NYTs is a begrudging comment that they are Moderates. Just what does one have to do to be considered Liberal in the eyes of the NYT?

Moderate is the political equivalent of “reasonable”, is it not? Doesn’t it mean “In agreement with me”?
Or, “In agreement with all right-thinking people, you know, the ones who think like us.’
