Perp walks before third rate NY Post tabloid paparazzi grossly violate the presumption of innocence.
In this case it was used by a corrupt and incompetent prosecutor.
DSK has enough money to make some waves. Hopefully, after the charges have been dropped, he will sue the City for big bucks and win. Even if he loses, he can drag the case along for years.
