Isn’t suing yourself what happens when share holders sue the company they have stock in because the price dipped and the company settles by giving everyone a few pennies per share and the value of the company’s share drop a direct result of the settlement?
I enjoyed Mr. Browning’s piece, especially the reference to a judge’s dung wagon. I now understand why those nine trucks are parked aside the Supreme Court Building.

I’m dying to learn of a case of auto-litigation that was removed to federal court on diversity grounds.
