Frivolous! The plaintiff should have been forced to pay the defendant’s legal bills. This was more a case of children manipulated by their father’s hated of his ex-wife.
I’m curious as to how the case proceeded so far on the reported merits. It seems that Daddy is working for total humiliation of his ex-wife, not justice.
