Citing lack of jurisdiction, judge tosses GreenTech suit against critics

Getting a lawsuit tossed on a jurisdictional basis is not a big blow. Methinks that the suit will just be re-filed in the correct jurisdiction. These libel suits are notoriously difficult to win, unless your name is Jessee Ventura. So we’ll see what happens.
