Eric Holder to resign Many aspects of Eric Holder’s tenure as Attorney General appalled me. His resignation become effective upon confirmation of a successor. So, that may be a while (unless pushed through by a Lame Duck Senate in December).
Asked for comment, Holder said that he was resigning to spend more time with “my people.”
