Hugo, you are absolutely right that the article did not provide even one example of an excessive or totally unjustified payment in the California workers compensation system. What it did point out was that the tax needed to support it was 20% higher than the second highest state. Perhaps you can enlighten us as to why California is in a class by itself when it comes to this.
