An interesting idea that has a certain attraction for the efficiency it offers, but I hope they don’t use eBay as a model for anything because its process often results in an unjust benefit to a dishonest buyer to the detriment of a good faith seller.
Leaving that aside, there are of course due process and transparency concerns of an online system. But if a would-be litigant is willing to give up some rights in order to gain an efficient resolution, who am I to judge?
