Wow! I’m sure–just like the 3 years the DOJ spent on George Zimmerman, and the year the DOJ spent reading every email sent and received by the Ferguson Police Department–that the DOJ left no stone unturned trying to build a case against Lois Lerner.
In related news, Zambia’s Director of Public Prosecutions has issued a nolle prosequi in a corruption case against himself.

This is my shocked face.
Interesting precedent set here. I suppose the new SOP if testifying before Congress is to make an opening statement professing complete innocence, then to take the 5th in refusing to answer any questions.
