I think it would be interesting to include the attorney’s law school in articles like this.
According to the State Bar of Texas, Livesay earned his law degree at Texas Tech University in August of 1994.
The site also says he is ineligible to practice law in the State if Texas for a year starting on 1/1/2017 as he is suspended for “disciplinary reasons.”
