There is yet one more recipient of the benefits of Prop 65, in addition to attorneys. That recipient is the group of sign makers and label makers who produce the Prop 65 warning signs and stick-on labels. I’ll wager that the cost of these signs and label pales in comparison to the legal fees earned by the tort vultures.
