Race-norming school discipline is an appalling practice—the Obama presidency should be remembered as the one that implemented this evil. For this alone, Obama can be called ignominious.
Betsy De Vos was one of the most reviled Trump Cabinet nominees, yet she has proven one of the most admirable and effective. To what extent does that reflect well on her, and to what extent does it reflect how wrongheaded Obama’s Education Department had become?
