It seems, as a matter of law, that it is not negligent to tell a kid to slide in a baseball game.
And it is also sad that happened. My kids play sports. I know refs can’t be perfect, and that refs and coaches are doing things out of the goodness of their hearts. If, god forbid, something happened–suing would be the last thing on my mind.
