The Washington SC decision, overturning a conviction for malicious horn-blowing timed to deprive residential neighbors of sleep, is moronic. Someone should regularly blast a horn outside the homes of the six judicial culprits each night.
If the WSC thought the horn-blowing statute was overbroad, they could have waited for an unreasonable prosecution before overturning it.
