It’s only hard if you let them stay 30 days. It’s not hard to find out that that’s when it starts to look like a residential lease.
David, Carla, meet my friends First Degree Tommy and No Hands DeAngelo. He has hands though, it’s a funny story, but anyway they’ll be staying with us as guests overnight.
Even worse, people have broken into homes, set up shop and forced the homeowners to fight it out in court. In such cases, self-help should, of course, be available.
